Cutting and Grinding Wheels
Smith & ARROW offer over twenty different specifications just in Cutting wheels from 50mm wheels for a die grinder, up to 400mm drop saw blades – all INOX / Stainless Steel grade of the highest commercial quality. All of our cutting and grinding wheels 100mm and larger are also independently certified by SAI Global against the Australian standard for bonded abrasives and carry the prestigious 5 Tick Quality mark this certification has earned.

Other Abrasives
As well as cutting and grinding discs, Smith & ARROW carry a wide range of of other abrasive products used in the metal fabrication industry including: metal polishing surface conditioning belts and discs, quick change discs, zirconia flap discs, sanding discs (in both ceramic and zirconia), poly strip discs and zirconia linishing belts, for all your fabrication requirements.

Drill Bits
Perhaps our biggest growth product in terms of sales into the metal fabrication sector over the last three years has been drill bits. We offer M2 Jobber bits for general engineering as well as M35 (5% Cobalt) for Stainless steel fabrication in both sets and individually, in metric and also in imperial sizes. All of our drill bits are fully ground out of one block of material and guaranteed to be of the highest commercial grade or your money back. Sharp pricing on these bits will save you up to 70% against what you are currently paying for highest quality jobber drill bits and we offer free samples for testing on request. We also have a good range of M2 and M35 (5% Cobalt) double ended drill bits for pop / blind rivets in the standard sizes of No’s 11, 20 & 30.

Safety Gear
To back this growth in our product ranges up we have also invested heavily in our own range of highest quality commercial grade safety gear – all certified to Australian Standards. Our gloves range include Foam Nitrile Gloves in both standard colouring and also in high visibility (orange). PU Gloves in standard and also Touch screen (woven with carbon fibre), and Sandy Nitrile Gloves rated to Cut 5 against DIN 388 and the reciprocal Australian Standard. These are all available in the following sizing: S, M, L, XL, XXL. We also offer very high quality Disposable Nitrile Gloves in two weights: Lite (3.5g) & Heavy Duty (5.5g) in boxes of 100. These gloves are latex free & micro textured, and are a much stronger product than traditional disposable latex gloves. Smith & ARROW also now offers a great range of Valved P2 disposable respirators in cupped, folding and also activated carbon, as well a Clear, Smoked & Bi-focal safety Glasses all with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings at very good pricing.

P2 Masks
Our P2 Masks carry the 5 Tick Quality Product mark indication they are independently certified against the Australian Safety Standard by SAI Global. P2 is one of the highest particle filtration certifications you get in a safety respirator. All of our P2 masks are equipped with valves which make for a much more comfortable fit by allowing exhaled air to escape easily, which also reduces fogging if the wearer is also using safety glasses. All Smith & ARROW’s P2 Masks are valved and we offer a range in both cupped and folding in a variety of colours. We also have a selection of cupped and folding activated carbon masks. These masks are especially engineered for applications that involve strong odours, minimising smells like epoxy etc that are common in a range of different industries

Wire Brushes
Smith & ARROW also offers a great range of hand-held and machine attachment wire brushes in high carbon mild and stainless steel. These brushes are designed for angle grinders, drills, and bench grinders and include rotary wheels and twist cup knot wheels. Hand brushes are available in stainless or carbon steel depending on your requirement.
